• Art Deco Rocking Chair Fully Restored And Upholstered in Berry Red Harris Tweed

How cool is this? A 1930’s rocking chair with a very interesting and rare ‘full round’ design. I fell in love with the simple geometric lines so characteristic of the Art Deco era. The chair is very sturdy being made of solid oak. Small but extremely comfortable it has a sprung seat and is fully restored in berry red Harris Tweed.

  • French Art Deco Ebonized Rocking Chair In South American Cowhide

French Art Deco Ebonized Rocking Chair from 1940's with double bent swooping arms. Fantastic cantilever design with two coil metal springs at the back providing additional support and allowing the chair to rock gently. We stripped the old polish and re-enonized the chair without over- restoring it. Upholstered in black and white South American hide and finished off with black metal studs making it not only super comfortable but also a striking piece.
  • Rare Art Deco Cuban Rocker Armchair Circa 1935 Fully Restored And Upholstered in Swaffer Velvet

Fully restored, Art Deco Cuban plantation armchair/rocker in exotic red wood circa 1935. This rare and a stylish piece mixes really solid construction with light, streamlined, aeronautical Deco lines, redolent of those wonderful airline posters of the era. Of generous proportions, it is wonderfully comfortable with two fully sprung cushions, upholstered in Deco inspired, black luxurious velvet with a scalloped motif ( see last photo).
