To compliment the colour of the wood, we re-upholstered it in deep red Italian-made Swaffer velvet with purple piping. -

The seat is upholstered in luxurious deep green velvet, complemented by decorative silk green tassels that enhance its ecclesiastical charm. Its distinctive serpentine-shaped seat curves gracefully downward, designed for kneeling in prayer while providing comfort and stability. The flowing mahogany frame rests on small castors, making it easily movable. A beautiful example of devotional furniture, this piece combines spiritual purpose with refined Victorian design, making it a striking addition to any antique collection or interior.
