Art Deco Reclining Armchair Fully Restored And Upholstered In Japanese Inspired Jacquard Velvet Fabric
This is such a delightful armchair with very interesting armrests. I always look for interesting pieces and this one does not disappoint. Modest size but very comfortable with its fully strung seat and a high back. The mechanism allows it to recline by 7 cm. It took me a while to find a suitable fabric and I absolutely love this Kumo jacquard velvet from Linwood’s Odyssey collection . The motive of vibrant stylised clouds chimes beautifully with the patina of the wood.
